<p class="has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>The Jain University Online MBA fees starts from INR 1,60,000 and goes up to INR 1,96,000 for the full 2-year program. The per-semester fee ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 49,000, depending on which specialization you choose.</em></strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A lot of students ask me which online MBA is worth the money in 2026-27, and JAIN Online consistently comes up in that conversation. It is NAAC A++ accredited, UGC-DEB approved, and AICTE recognized, which means the degree is valid and widely accepted by employers. But the fee is not one single number. It varies by specialization, and if you pick the wrong one just because it sounds good without checking the fees, you might end up paying INR 40,000–1,00,000 more than you needed to.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I have been tracking JAIN Online&#8217;s fee structure for the past three years, and one pattern I have noticed is that the technology and analytics programs see more frequent price revisions than the traditional management programs. So always verify the current fee on the&nbsp;<strong>official JAIN Online website</strong>&nbsp;before you pay your registration fee.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="key-facts-quick-reference">Key Facts About JAIN Online MBA</h2>

<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="jain-online-mba-program-overview">JAIN Online MBA: Program Overview</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><thead><tr><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Program Detail</th><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Information</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>University</td><td>JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru</td></tr><tr><td>Program</td><td>Online MBA</td></tr><tr><td>Duration</td><td>2 Years (4 Semesters)</td></tr><tr><td>Total Credits</td><td>90 Credits</td></tr><tr><td>Total Fee Range</td><td>INR 1,60,000 – INR 1,96,000</td></tr><tr><td>Per Semester Fee</td><td>INR 40,000 – INR 49,000</td></tr><tr><td>Registration Fee</td><td>INR 2,500 (One-time)</td></tr><tr><td>Exam Fee</td><td>INR 3,000/year</td></tr><tr><td>EMI</td><td>Available, from INR 10,667/month</td></tr><tr><td>Accreditation</td><td>NAAC A++, UGC-DEB, AICTE</td></tr><tr><td>Admission Cycles</td><td>January and July</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="why-is-the-fee-different-for-each-specialization">Why Is the Fee Different for Each Specialization?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Here is the thing most students do not realize, JAIN Online does not charge a flat fee for all programs. The fee depends on how specialized and resource-intensive the curriculum is.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Core management programs like Finance, Marketing, and HRM are the most affordable because the curriculum is well-established and delivery costs are lower. Technology programs like Data Science, AI, and Digital Marketing are priced higher because the course content needs frequent updates and more specialized faculty. And the International Finance specialization, which is&nbsp;<a href="https://www.accaglobal.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">accredited by ACCA UK</a>, is the most expensive because you are essentially working toward two qualifications, a UGC-recognized MBA and ACCA exemptions , simultaneously.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="specialization-wise-fee-structure-all-18-programs">Specialization-wise Fee Structure</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Below is the complete, updated fee breakdown for all 19 <a href="https://jumpnetworks.in/jain-university-online-mba/">JAIN Online MBA</a> specializations for the 2026–27 admission cycle:</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Important:</strong> These fees are based on data available as of April 2026. JAIN Online revises its fee structure every admission cycle. Always confirm the current fee on <strong>onlinejain.com</strong> before paying.</p>
</blockquote>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="breaking-down-the-fee-tiers">Breaking Down the Fee Slabs</h2>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="tier-1--inr-196000-total-13-specializations"><strong>Slab 1: INR 1,60,000 Total</strong></h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Four programs are priced at INR 40,000 per semester, which comes to INR 1,60,000 for the full two-year program. These are the core single-domain specializations:&nbsp;<strong>Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and General Management.</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is the most accessible price point in the entire JAIN Online MBA lineup. If you are a working professional who wants a recognized MBA to grow within your current domain — whether that is sales, finance, HR, or operations — one of these four programs gives you exactly what you need without paying a premium for features you may not use.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Is it worth it? Average starting salaries for MBA graduates in India range between INR 4–8 LPA depending on domain and company. At INR 1,60,000 total, this program pays for itself within 2–4 months of a mid-level placement.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Slab 2: INR 1,75,000 Total</strong></h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Six dual specializations are priced at INR 43,750 per semester, totalling INR 1,75,000 for the full program. This tier covers:&nbsp;<strong>Finance and Marketing, Marketing and HRM, HRM and Finance, Marketing and Business Analytics, Finance and Business Analytics, and HR and Business Analytics.</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The INR 15,000 premium over Slab 1 is the cost of getting a cross-functional degree — you graduate with competence in two domains rather than one. This is particularly valuable if you are in a role that bridges departments, such as a sales manager who also handles budgets, or an HR professional working with workforce analytics. Employers increasingly value this kind of dual-domain thinking, and the price difference is minimal for what you gain.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Slab 3: INR 1,81,000 Total</strong></h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This tier has exactly one program: the&nbsp;<strong>MBA in International Finance, accredited by ACCA UK.</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The fee is INR 45,250 per semester, totalling INR 1,81,000 for the full program. What makes this genuinely different from everything else on this list is the ACCA accreditation. By completing this MBA, you receive exemptions from ACCA&#8217;s Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills papers, meaning you are working toward a globally recognised qualification while simultaneously earning your UGC-recognised MBA degree.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">At INR 1,81,000 total, that is INR 21,000 more than the cheapest tier. But a standalone ACCA preparation course from a private institute in India easily costs INR 1,50,000–2,50,000. You are getting it bundled here. If your career goals involve Big 4 accounting firms, multinational companies, or international finance roles, this is the most cost-efficient path on this entire list.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Slab 4: INR 1,96,000 Total</strong></h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eight tech and AI-focused specializations are priced at INR 49,000 per semester, totalling INR 1,96,000 for the full program. This tier includes:&nbsp;<strong>Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Production and Operations Management, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, AI for Finance, AI for International Finance, AI for Marketing, and AI for Human Resources.</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">These programs cost INR 36,000 more than the core tier, and in my view, that gap is completely justified. Data, AI, and digital roles are among the fastest-growing job categories in India right now. AI specialists and data professionals in India earn anywhere between INR 6–14 LPA at entry level, which means the full course fee is recovered within two to three months of a first job.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">One thing worth noting: JAIN is one of the few online MBA programs in India that currently offers MBA specializations specifically branded around AI — AI for Finance, AI for Marketing, AI for HR, and AI for International Finance. If you are targeting a future-ready career, do not let the INR 36,000 difference push you toward a cheaper but less relevant specialization.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="additional-charges-you-should-know-about">Additional Charges</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Most fee articles only show you the semester fee and stop there. But there are a few additional charges that students often miss until they are already in the process.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>One-time University Registration Fee</strong>: INR 2,500, paid at the time of admission. This is&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable</strong>, regardless of when you withdraw. Do not pay this until you are fully decided.</li>

<li><strong>Examination Fee</strong>: INR 3,000 per year, charged separately from the semester fee. This is not optional.</li>

<li><strong>SAARC Country Students</strong>: If you are from a SAARC country other than India, the registration fee is INR 11,250 and the exam fee is INR 3,750 per year.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When you are calculating your total investment, add INR 8,500 (registration + two years of exam fees) on top of the program fee.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="emi-and-payment-options">EMI and Payment Options</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">JAIN Online offers a zero-cost EMI facility for students who cannot or do not want to pay the full fee upfront. Here are your payment options:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Semester-wise</strong>: Pay INR 40,000–49,000 at the start of each semester, four times over two years</li>

<li><strong>Annual</strong>: Pay for two semesters together at the beginning of each year</li>

<li><strong>Zero-cost EMI</strong>: Monthly EMI starts from approximately INR 10,667 per month for the INR 1,60,000 programs</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The zero-cost EMI means no interest is charged on top of the program fee. What you see is what you pay in total.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">JAIN Online MBA Scholarships</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">JAIN Online offers scholarship benefits to reduce the total program cost for eligible students. The scholarships are available across four categories:</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><thead><tr><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Category</th><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Who It&#8217;s For</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Merit-based</td><td>Students with strong academic records (typically 60%+ in graduation)</td></tr><tr><td>Armed Forces</td><td>Serving or ex-defence personnel and their dependents</td></tr><tr><td>Gender-focused</td><td>Supporting diversity in management education</td></tr><tr><td>Freshers</td><td>Students enrolling directly after graduation</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Scholarship amounts and eligibility criteria change each admission cycle. Contact JAIN Online&#8217;s admissions team or check onlinejain.com for the current scholarship percentage applicable to your category before enrolling.</p>
</blockquote>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="what-do-you-get-in-return-for-this-fee">What Do You Get in Return for This Fee?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When you pay the JAIN Online MBA fee, here is what comes with it:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Full access to the Learning Management System (LMS): lectures, assignments, study material</li>

<li>Live online classes scheduled on weekends, so working professionals can attend without taking leave</li>

<li>Pre-recorded video lectures available anytime, not just during scheduled hours</li>

<li>Printed study material delivered to your address</li>

<li>Access to LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and 20,000+ additional courses</li>

<li>Placement assistance and career support</li>

<li>A dedicated program manager you can contact for academic queries</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>JAIN Online MBA Vs Others Fees Comparison (2026–27)</strong></h2>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>University</strong></td><td><strong>Total Fee</strong></td><td><strong>Per Semester Fee</strong></td><td><strong>NAAC Grade</strong></td></tr><tr><td><strong>JAIN Online</strong></td><td><strong>INR 1,60,000 – INR 1,96,000</strong></td><td><strong>INR 40,000 – INR 49,000</strong></td><td><strong>A++</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Manipal Online (MUJ)</td><td>INR 1,80,000</td><td>INR 45,000</td><td>A+</td></tr><tr><td>NMIMS Online</td><td>INR 1,96,000</td><td>INR 55,000</td><td>A+</td></tr><tr><td>Amity Online</td><td>INR 2,25,000</td><td>INR 56,300</td><td>A+</td></tr><tr><td>Symbiosis Online (SSODL)</td><td>INR 3,15,000</td><td>N/A</td><td>A++</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="refund-policy-if-you-change-your-mind">Refund Policy</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is something most students do not check before applying, and then regret later. Here is JAIN Online&#8217;s refund policy:</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><thead><tr><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Withdrawal Timing</th><th class="has-text-align-left" data-align="left">Fee Refund</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>15+ days before last admission date</td><td>100% refund</td></tr><tr><td>Within 15 days before last admission date</td><td>90% refund</td></tr><tr><td>Within 15 days after last admission date</td><td>80% refund</td></tr><tr><td>After 15 days of last admission date</td><td>No refund</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The INR 2,500 registration fee is non-refundable in all cases.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="which-specialization-should-you-pick">Which Specialization Should You Pick?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Honestly, this is where most people overthink it. Let me break it down simply.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you are a fresh graduate and still figuring out your direction, just pick&nbsp;<strong>General Management or Marketing (INR 1,60,000).</strong>&nbsp;These keep your doors open without locking you into one career path too early. No point paying more when you are still exploring.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you are already working in HR, admin, or people management, <strong>HRM at INR 1,60,000</strong> does the job. But if your work involves any kind of data like attendance patterns, attrition reports, workforce planning, in that case you should spend the extra INR 15,000 and go with <strong>HR and Business Analytics at INR 1,75,000.</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For anyone targeting banking, insurance, or NBFCs, the old Banking and Finance specialization is now discontinued. The closest option is <strong>Finance or Finance and Business Analytics (INR 1,60,000–1,75,000).</strong> Pair it with some self-study on banking regulations and credit management and you are not losing much ground.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you are in tech, data, or digital marketing or you want to move there then do not settle for a cheaper specialization just to save INR 36,000. <strong>Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, AI for Finance, AI for Marketing, or Digital Marketing and E-Commerce are all INR 1,96,000</strong> and the job market for these roles pays that back faster than almost any other domain right now.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">And if international finance or Big 4 firms are the goal, the <strong>International Finance (ACCA UK) at INR 1,81,000</strong> is genuinely a no-brainer. You get a UGC-recognised MBA and ACCA paper exemptions in one shot. A standalone ACCA prepration course alone costs more than this in most Indian cities.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="eligibility-to-apply">Eligibility Criteria</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To enroll in any JAIN Online MBA specialization, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A 3-year undergraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university</li>

<li>Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)</li>

<li>Students in their final semester can apply provisionally</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There is no entrance exam required. Admission is based on academic eligibility and document verification.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="how-to-apply-and-what-to-watch-out-for">How to Apply (And What to Watch Out For)</h2>

<ol class="wp-block-list">

<li>Upload your graduation certificate (or provisional certificate if you are in the final semester), government ID, passport photo, and signature</li>

<li>Pay the one-time registration fee of INR 2,500</li>
</ol>

<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">

</blockquote>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cost vs ROI</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Amity Online MBA gives good ROI. The total fee of INR 1,99,000 to INR 2,99,000 is quite reasonable for a UGC approved and AICTE recognised MBA degree. It is valid for both private and government jobs, same as a regular degree.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Amity is also rated among the top online universities. It is ranked by QS World Rankings, which shows its global reach and quality. Many students prefer it because of brand name and trusted degree value.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What You Get for the Fee</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>MBA degree from a NAAC A+ university</li>

<li>Live online classes and recorded video lectures</li>

<li>Study materials and e-books</li>

<li>Help from placement and career team</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">All these things are part of the main fee. You don’t have to pay extra for exam or portal access.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Placements and Career Growth</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Amity Online has its own placement team known as Career Advisory and Support. The team guides students for resume making and interview practice. They also connect students with hiring companies.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Some companies that have picked Amity students in the past include TCS, HCL, Flipkart, Airtel, and Accenture.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Salary package mostly depends on your work experience and specialization. For working professionals, it can go around INR 6 to INR 8 lakh per year. For fresh graduates, starting package is around INR 3 to INR 4 lakh per year but increases with time.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Particulars</strong><strong></strong></td><td><strong>Details</strong><strong></strong></td></tr><tr><td>Total Fee</td><td>INR 1,99,000 – INR 2,99,000</td></tr><tr><td>Average Salary</td><td>INR 5 to INR 8 lakh per year</td></tr><tr><td>Payback Time</td><td>Around 2 years for working students</td></tr><tr><td>Validity</td><td>Degree valid in India and abroad</td></tr><tr><td>Placement Help</td><td>Through CAS cell</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For people already working, ROI is quite fast because it helps in getting promotions or better job offers. For freshers, it may take some time but gives strong base for career in business and management.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In simple words, the course gives both knowledge and brand value which helps in career growth.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Payment Tips</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Paying the fee for Amity Online MBA is simple, but planning it properly can save both money and stress. Many students make small mistakes like missing due dates or choosing wrong payment options. These few tips can help while paying or planning your fee.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Pay Early if Possible</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Try to pay your semester fee before the last date. Sometimes Amity gives small discounts for early payment. Paying on time also keeps your student account active without any late charges.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Use EMI Smartly</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zero-cost EMI looks easy but check the plan before choosing. If you already have a credit card, see if your bank has better EMI offer. Always select EMI duration you can manage every month. For example, 18 or 24 months are fine if you want small instalments.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Choose the Right Mode</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Amity accepts payments through credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking. Make sure to use a secure payment link from the official Amity portal only. Avoid third-party agents for paying fees.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Keep All Receipts</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">After paying, download or take a screenshot of the payment confirmation. Keep every receipt till the full course is completed. It helps if any issue happens later with university records.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Plan Before Admission</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before applying, decide how you will pay. If you plan to take EMI, check eligibility with finance partner first. If you want to pay semester-wise, keep reminders for due dates. Planning early helps avoid tension during exams or assignment time.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Combine Scholarship with EMI</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you get a scholarship, you can still use EMI for the remaining amount. This will make your monthly burden even smaller. Confirm this option with the admission team while enrolling.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Keep an Eye on Fee Updates</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Universities sometimes revise fees for new batches. Always check the latest brochure or Amity’s official website before starting payment. This ensures you follow the updated structure.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Key points:</strong></p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>You must submit the <strong>refund application online</strong>, in prescribed form, before the last date (check “Important Dates”) to <strong>refund@onlineuu.in</strong>. <a href="https://www.onlineuu.in/fee-refund-and-cancellation-policy.php?utm_source=chatgpt.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"></a></li>

<li>Amounts paid for <strong>Application fee, Processing fee, Late fee, Program Transfer fee</strong>, and other similar charges are <strong>non-refundable</strong>, unless explicitly said refundable. <a href="https://www.onlineuu.in/fee-refund-and-cancellation-policy.php?utm_source=chatgpt.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"></a></li>

<li>Refund requests made verbally or via unauthorized platform won’t be accepted. Only proper online form is considered. <a href="https://www.onlineuu.in/fee-refund-and-cancellation-policy.php?utm_source=chatgpt.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"></a></li>

</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In short: you can get refund only if you apply on time via proper form, and only refundable portion will come back, minus non-refundable parts. Don’t expect full refunds once deadlines lapse.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When students search for <a href="https://jumpnetworks.in/">online MBA in India</a>, one of the first thing they check is the <strong>fee</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://jumpnetworks.in/nmims-online-mba/">NMIMS Online MBA</a> is one of the most popular choices because of its UGC approval and brand value, but it is also on the higher side in terms of cost.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">So before applying, it is better to know clearly how much the program will cost you, what are the payment options, and if any scholarship or EMI option is there.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In this article, we will explain in detail the NMIMS Online MBA <strong>total fee, semester-wise fee, annual fee</strong>, other charges like admission and exam fee, and how much you will pay if you choose <strong>EMI or education loan</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This will help you to calculate your budget and also compare NMIMS with other online MBA universities like IGNOU, Amity, Manipal, JAIN, etc.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">NMIMS Online MBA Fee Structure</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The <strong>total fee for NMIMS Online MBA program is INR 1,96,000</strong> if paid in one lump sum at the time of admission. Students also have the option to pay the fee in two yearly installments or four semester-wise installments. The <strong>yearly fee is INR 1,05,000 per year</strong>, while the <strong>semester-wise fee is INR 55,000 per semester</strong>. NMIMS also allows students to pay through EMI or education loan in easy monthly installments.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This flexible fee structure makes it easier for working professionals and fresh graduates to plan their finances according to their convenience.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">NMIMS Online MBA Fee Plans (2026)</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Payment Plan</strong></td><td><strong>Fee Amount</strong></td><td><strong>Notes</strong></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Lump Sum (One Time)</strong></td><td>INR 1,96,000</td><td>Most affordable option, pay full program fee in single installment</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Yearly Plan</strong></td><td>INR 1,05,000 per year</td><td>Total INR 2,10,000 for 2 years</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Semester Plan</strong></td><td>INR 55,000 per semester</td><td>Total INR 2,20,000 for 4 semesters</td></tr><tr><td><strong>EMI Option</strong></td><td>Starts from INR 5,500–INR 6,111 per month</td><td>Available through credit card &amp; NBFC loan partners</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Other Fees &amp; Charges</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Admission Processing Fee</strong> – INR 1,200 (non-refundable)</li>

<li><strong>Exam Fee</strong> – INR 800, per subject per attempt</li>

<li><strong>Project Fee</strong> – Nominal charge around INR 800 for final semester project submission</li>

<li><strong>Late Fee</strong> – Charged if installment is delayed</li>

<li><strong>INR 10,000 is collected from the total program fee at the time of registration.</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">EMI &amp; Loan Facility for NMIMS Online MBA</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For many students, paying the full fee at once is not easy. That is why NMIMS provides <strong>EMI and loan facility</strong> through banks and NBFC partners. This makes the program affordable for working professionals and fresh graduates.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">EMI Options</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Students can convert the total fee into <strong>monthly installments</strong> using credit card EMI or through finance partners.</li>

<li>Average EMI starts from <strong>INR 5,500 to INR 6,111 per month</strong> depending on bank and tenure.</li>

<li>EMI is available for <strong>12, 18, 24 or 36 months</strong>, so you can choose what is comfortable.</li>

<li>No-cost EMI is also available with selected banks and partners.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Sample EMI Calculation</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Total Fee</strong></td><td><strong>Tenure</strong></td><td><strong>Approx EMI (</strong><strong>INR )</strong></td></tr><tr><td>INR 1,96,000 (Lump Sum)</td><td>12 months</td><td>INR 16,333 per month</td></tr><tr><td>INR 2,10,000 (Annual Plan)</td><td>24 months</td><td>INR 8,750 per month</td></tr><tr><td>INR 2,20,000 (Semester Plan)</td><td>36 months</td><td>INR 6,111 per month</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>(These are approximate values. Exact EMI depends on bank, interest rate and credit card provider.)</em></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Loan Facility</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NMIMS has tie-ups with <strong>HDFC Credila, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Eduvanz, Propelld</strong> and other NBFCs.</li>

<li>Students can apply for <strong>education loan</strong> with minimal documents (PAN, Aadhaar, salary slip).</li>

<li>Loan covers <strong>program fee + exam fee + project fee</strong>, sometimes even laptop/internet cost.</li>

<li>Repayment can be started after 6–12 months in some loan options.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">So, with EMI and loan support, NMIMS Online MBA fee becomes easier to manage for most students</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Scholarships &amp; Discounts</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When it comes to fee support, NMIMS does not have too many scholarship schemes like a government university. But still, there is one <strong>important concession</strong> that can help many families.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Defence Scholarship</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NMIMS offers a <strong>20% scholarship on the program fee</strong> for students from <strong>Armed Forces, Defence and Paramilitary background</strong>.</li>

<li>This benefit is also available for their <strong>immediate family members</strong>, like spouse, children or parents, if they provide valid proof.</li>

<li>To get this discount, student has to show service ID or discharge papers, and in case of dependents, some relation proof.</li>

<li>The concession is applied only on the program fee, not on admission processing fee, late payment or re-exam fee.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">So, for example, if the total fee is INR 1,96,000 (lump sum plan), after 20% defence concession it will come down to around <strong>INR 1,56,800</strong>. This makes a big difference in cost.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Other Discounts</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">NMIMS sometimes runs <strong>special offers</strong> like:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Alumni benefits</strong> – past NMIMS students may get a small reduction in fee.</li>

<li><strong>Corporate tie-ups</strong> – if your company has an agreement with NMIMS, you might get a concession.</li>

<li><strong>Early bird discounts</strong> – occasionally offered if you apply at the beginning of an admission cycle.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">But these other discounts are not fixed like the defence scholarship. They are <strong>intake-based</strong> and announced during the admission process. That’s why students should always check the <strong>current admission brochure</strong> or confirm with NMIMS counsellor before expecting them.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">NMIMS Online MBA Refund Policy</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before paying the fee, it is important to understand the refund rules of NMIMS. The university follows UGC guidelines but also has its own conditions for admission cancellation.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Key Points</strong></p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Admission Processing / Registration Fee (INR 1,200)</strong> is <strong>non-refundable</strong> in all cases.</li>

<li>If you cancel right after registration but before document verification, there may be <strong>no deduction</strong>. If document verification is done, then INR 800 is deducted.</li>

<li>For students who paid more than the initial registration, deduction applies:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>INR 1,000</strong> if full payment/down payment made.</li>

<li><strong>INR 2,500</strong> if in installment mode.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Refund Rules as per Timeline</strong></p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Percentage of Refund</strong></td><td><strong>When you apply for cancellation</strong></td></tr><tr><td><strong>100%</strong></td><td>15 days or more before the officially notified last date of admission (after deducting 5% or INR 1,000 as processing charges)</td></tr><tr><td><strong>90%</strong></td><td>Less than 15 days before the last date of admission</td></tr><tr><td><strong>80%</strong></td><td>Within 15 days after the last date of admission</td></tr><tr><td><strong>50%</strong></td><td>More than 15 days but within 30 days after the last date of admission</td></tr><tr><td><strong>0%</strong></td><td>More than 30 days after the last date of admission</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Additional Notes</strong></p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Cancellation request is accepted only if your <strong>student number is generated</strong> and request is within the official dates announced by NMIMS.</li>

<li>If you paid the <strong>complete program fee upfront</strong>, you can apply for cancellation within one year, but deduction will be equal to <strong>one year’s annual fee</strong>.</li>

<li>Refund is processed to the same account used for payment, or through cheque/DD, as mentioned in the cancellation form.</li>

<li>Final calculation and charges are at the discretion of the university</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">ROI &amp; Value for Money</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When thinking of MBA, fee is not the only factor. Students also want to know what return they can expect from the money and time spent. NMIMS Online MBA is not the cheapest program in India, but many students still choose it because of the <strong>brand name, recognition and career support</strong>.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Why Fee is Higher</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NMIMS is a <strong>NAAC A+ grade university</strong>, with UGC approval.</li>

<li>Compared to government universities like IGNOU, the fee is 2–3 times higher, but the <strong>teaching format is modern</strong> (live classes, recordings, LMS, mobile app).</li>

<li>Students pay more for <strong>interactive learning, brand value and alumni network</strong>.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Career Support &amp; ROI</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NMIMS has a <strong>career services team</strong> that offers resume building, mock interviews, career counselling, and connects students with hiring partners.</li>

<li>Reports and reviews show that many students improved their job profile, got promotions, or moved into new industries after completing the course.</li>

<li>For working professionals, the degree adds weight in job applications and helps in managerial roles.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Value vs Other Options</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong>University</strong></td><td><strong>Total Fee (approx)</strong></td><td><strong>Recognition</strong></td><td><strong>Value for Students</strong></td></tr><tr><td><strong>NMIMS Online MBA</strong></td><td>INR 1.96 Lakh</td><td>UGC-DEB, NAAC A+</td><td>Strong brand, career support, modern pedagogy</td></tr><tr><td><strong>IGNOU MBA</strong></td><td>INR 68,000</td><td>UGC-DEB, Govt. university</td><td>Low cost, less interactive, limited placement help</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Amity Online MBA</strong></td><td>INR 1.99 Lakh</td><td>UGC-DEB, NAAC A+</td><td>Good LMS, private university, moderate brand value</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Manipal Online MBA</strong></td><td>INR 1.75 Lakh</td><td>UGC-DEB, NAAC A+</td><td>Good tech support, growing brand, career services</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Realistic Expectation</h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NMIMS does <strong>not guarantee placement</strong>, but the degree carries strong recognition in corporate world.</li>

<li>If you are already working, ROI is good because the degree helps in <strong>promotion and salary hike</strong>.</li>

<li>If you are fresher, ROI may take more time, since jobs also depend on skills, experience and market conditions.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Final Word on ROI</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Spending INR 1.96 lakh on NMIMS Online MBA makes sense if:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>You want a <strong>recognized MBA degree</strong> while working full-time.</li>

<li>You value <strong>brand name</strong> and structured online learning more than lowest cost.</li>

<li>You are ready to use career services, alumni connect, and put effort into skill building.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If fee is your only concern, universities like IGNOU or SCDL may be cheaper. But for many working professionals, NMIMS offers better balance between <strong>cost and career impact</strong>.</p>
